I will prepare a banquet for your special occasion, typically including a trio of 'Indian Canapes' which my mum calls 'bitings' to enjoy over a drink before dinner.

 

This will be followed by a spicy starter dish with accompaniments and a choice of 2 main dishes of Lamb, Chicken, Prawn or Vegetarian in traditional Gujarati style together with Gujarati breads, basmati rice and chutneys.

 

A trio of delicate deserts will be served to finish off your meal beautifully.

I suggest 2-3 hours for your dinner party which requires a minimum of 6 people and a maximum of 10
